The deposit will be returned in full less a 10% administration charge if you cancel more than three months before the arrival date. If you cancel less than three months before the arrival date you will be entitled to full reimbursement 7 days after the departure date less a 10% administration charge but only if that the week is resold (as evidenced by the availability details on this web page or the Première Neige web page), otherwise the amount paid is not reimbursable. A €500 damages deposit will be taken 7 days prior to arrival.
